How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, transit times range from 7-14 days depending on your location and the size of the items.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, minus a flat return shipping fee.
Do you offer assembly services?
Our furniture is designed for easy, tool-free assembly in most cases. However, we also offer white-glove delivery and assembly services at checkout for select zip codes.
How do I care for my teak furniture?
Teak is naturally rot-resistant. You can let it age gracefully to a silver-grey patina or apply a teak protector annually to maintain its original golden-brown hue.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our quality. We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all furniture frames and a 5-year warranty on Sunbrella fabric against fading or loss of strength.
